1. Ride Requests & Scheduling

Submitting a ride request through our website does not guarantee availability. All ride requests are reviewed and confirmed by DW² Charters via phone or email before being finalized.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, including addresses, dates, times, and contact information. DW² Charters is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. DW² Charters is not liable for delays outside of our control.

4. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change a scheduled ride, please notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellations, including same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, at the discretion of DW² Charters.

Passengers are expected to be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Excessive wait times may result in delays or additional charges.
